anyways this is how to make ORS..
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 tsp salt
* 8 tsp sugar
* 1 liter (about 1 quart) clean drinking water
Dissolve the salt and sugar in the water. If the water is very cold, you can warm the water to make the salt and sugar dissolve quicker, but do not boil this solution.
ORS solution should be used within 24 hours.
